Lukashenko extends National Day greetings to people of Netherlands
MINSK, 27 April (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko extended greetings to the people of the Kingdom of the Netherlands on King’s Day, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
«Despite the distance between our countries, different points of view on world processes and their assessment, we have many things in common, the main of which is love for land,» the head of state said. “In order to preserve the Motherland and to ensure comprehensive development, to look for ways to solve important modern problems in various fields, including ecology, energy, agriculture, there must be peace on the European continent. This is the value that we must cherish and always strive to preserve through joint efforts on the principles of trust, respect and cooperation.»
Aleksandr Lukashenko expressed confidence that the Belarusian-Dutch dialogue based on equality and mutual respect meets the interests of the people of both states, and is an element of stability and prosperity in Europe.
The Belarusian president Belarus wished the people of the Kingdom of the Netherlands a peaceful future, harmony and prosperity.
