Belarusian artillerists finish training in Russia

MINSK, 26 April (BelTA) – Belarusian artillerists have finished training in a Russian military training area, the press service of the Defense Ministry told BelTA.
Units of the separate missile battalion equipped with the short-range ballistic missile system Iskander-M started active combat training at a permanent station. Close attention was paid to the development of practical skills used in preparing the missile systems for combat, to training to deploy the system and carry out combat training launches.
The personnel closely studied how tactical special munitions can be fired by Iskander-M systems.
During the training the Belarusian military personnel demonstrated good performance and confirmed they are fully ready for carrying out missions.
