Belarusian Air Force, Air Defense personnel complete advanced training to operate Su-25 aircraft

MINSK, 14 April (BelTA) – Pilots and technicians of Air Force and Air Defense units of Belarus’ Armed Forces have completed additional training as part of the program on operation and combat deployment of ground attack aircraft Su-25, the Belarusian Defense Ministry told BelTA.
As part of the training the personnel attended theoretical classes and practice sessions under the guidance of experienced Russian instructors. It allowed the pilots to improve their skills and master new ways to use modern air-delivered ordnances, including special munitions.
The Belarusian military personnel have completed the training program. The new knowledge and skills will serve the military security of the Union State of Belarus and Russia, the Defense Ministry said.
